Directions to Capitan House from the M25

1. From the M25 take the Junction 7 exit onto the M23 North to Croydon
2. After 2 miles, the M23 merges into the A23, also known as the Brighton Rd.
3. After 5 miles, you will come to a large intersection known as Purley Cross. (watch out for a large Tesco Supermarket just as you enter the one-way system.
4. Go straight ahead at Purley Cross onto the A235 (still on the Brighton Rd), sign-posted 'Croydon'.
5. Keep straight on for another 2 miles, going past first the Mercedes then the Jaguar car dealerships (on the right).
6. At the Swan & Sugarloaf pub, the Brighton Road becomes South End, but carry on along the main road for 1 mile until you reach the Croydon Flyover.
7. Turn Left immediately after the Croydon Flyover, then first right.
8. After 100m there is a multi-storey carpark on the right (see map) You would be advised to park here. The main pedestrian exit is to the opposite side of the building.
   • Turn left into Surrey St Market
   • At the end of Surrey St, turn left into Church St.
   • After 50m, turn left just after the MacDonalds then first right into Church Rd.
   • Capitan House is 40m along on the right.
9. Alternatively, you can drive past the carpark for a further 200m. Capitan House is on the right at the end of Church Rd, with a few parking meters outside. Parking is seldom available.
